We have technical staff and positions around the world to support our global operations, including Australia, New Zealand, US, London, Paris and Eastern Europe.
We’re working together to engineer and manage a business critical cloud platform. To accomplish this we need people who are independent technical and architectural leaders, who work closely with others by documenting, communicating and negotiating everything from high level functionality and architectures to user workflow, database design and application data structures and algorithms. All while developing the code behind these inventions, and providing NOC support to live production customers. We’re understaffed, multi-tasking overachievers, where everyone is not only empowered, but required, to do whatever it takes to get the job done. It’s a demanding but rewarding job.
Responsibilities include
User Experience (UX) and Applications Engineering | Work with product management to develop applications with clean, intuitive workflow and look and feel in support of production operations. These will include internal tools as well as customer portals. Ensure production security; coordinate with SRE to ensure high service levels during the full application lifecycle. |
Site Reliability Engineering | Work with product management to specify, develop and automate infrastructure management practices, including security, deployment and configuration, monitoring, disaster recovery, maintenance, event management, and decomissioning. |
Operations Management | Leverage infrastructure management practices and automation to deliver PaaS service levels while responding to events, and deploying customer and security updates. |
Customer Service and Support | Onboard PaaS customers. Manage customer service during maintenance and unplanned events. Provide ongoing management of service requests. |
Security and Compliance | Define, automate and audit security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all locally relevant security and privacy regulations; support or lead external audits, including SSAE18 SOC 2 and HITRUST. |
Open position levels range from Intern to Director.
